David Cameron promised to 'protect the NHS', to 'give
the NHS a real rise in funding', and to 'stop NHS reorganisations'.
But he's actually breaking his promises by bringing in
privatisation by stealth. And he's getting away with it!
If you can cut benefit from people terminally ill with cancer
you're capable of anything.

it was always the intention of the Tories to remove the Health of the Nation from State responsibility...they never wanted the NHS in the first place...now the debt is providing them with the perfect excuse to privatize by stealth as you say, and, in a lot of cases, not by stealth...
